Overhead Lunges/sit ups (3 sets 20)
Dumbbell hammer curls/shoulder press (3 sets 20)

Run/eliptical for 25 minutes
Super Set: Dead Lifts (15 reps); Squats (10 reps) X 4 sets
10 minute Amwrap: Kettlebell swings; jump rope
Triple Set: Calf raises (25 reps); Leg extension (15 reps); Leg Curl (15 reps) X 3 sets
5 minute Amwrap: Sit ups; butterfly kicks or mountain climbers; plank
Cool down stretch
